We are proud to be working with a high growth start-up that is radically transforming the way in which cities are becoming smarter and safer through its award-winning technology. They are already a well-established name in their specific field and due to huge growth, they now have an opportunity for an experienced, relationship management focused candidate to join their growing team. In this role, you will be forming key partnerships with a handful of key accounts within local and central government. The major focus will be on relationship management and generating further revenue from these accounts by up selling/cross selling its artificial intelligence and machine learning software and technology. There will also be people management responsibility of a small team of account managers. Ideally, candidates will be highly amiable, possess gravitas and credibility and have a background in software or data analytics sales across local or central government. It will be beneficial if you have had exposure to the transport, mobility or automotive markets. For the right candidate this is a great opportunity to get on board an organisation riding a high wave and making an impact in the future of people’s lives. Candidate Skills Required:

- Proven track record in strategic account management/relationship management

- Experience in selling software or data analytics solutions  

- Sold into either local or central government  

- A minimum of 5+ years IT sales experience

- Knowledge or experience within the transport or mobility sector

- A stable career record with proven success

- Comfortable presenting on stage

- Prior experience in people management
