Facebook Gaming partners with developers across the gaming industry by providing business solutions and tools to be successful.

Facebook is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) to develop, manage and maintain relationships with our key partners in the games industry. The Strategic Partner Manager will play an important role within the EMEA Games Partnerships Team supporting our range of strategic partners across key platforms. The SPM will help existing partners optimize their presence on Facebook and help them maximize the value they generate from our various platforms and services. This role will work directly with partners but will also interface with a range of internal stakeholders and act as the voice of the developer internally. The candidate should be knowledgeable about the games industry and also be comfortable using data and analytics to support decisions. This position is located in our London, UK office.

Manage partners to help grow their business and be successful using the range of Facebook games services and features

Strategically advise partners on Instant Games, facebook.com and our suite of mobile tools

Manage operational tasks and projects with both external and internal cross functional teams

Educate new and existing partners on Facebook’s platform and technology and help manage its implementation and optimization

Partner with our sales and marketing teams to support developers across all of their interactions with Facebook

Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

Proactively resolve business issues with partners

Advocate partner feedback internally and influence product strategy and roadmap.


3+ years experience in a gaming-related business development or account management role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate compelling recommendations

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Willingness and ability to travel to meet with partners

BA/BS degree


Deep domain knowledge in gaming

Experience working with product and engineering teams

Experience partnering with game developers or studios
