Amazon Publisher Services helps digital publishers around the world build and grow thriving businesses. We provide services and advanced technologies to web, mobile app and advanced TV publishers of all sizes, including many of comScore’s global top 100, to help them monetize their content and learn more about their own audiences.

We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support industry-leading solutions for publishers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join Amazon’s quickly growing advertising business and be responsible for technical implementations of advertising solutions for publishers. You’ll maximize the value our publishers receive from APS’ suite of advertising products.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as first point of contact for mid-size publisher inquiries, issue management and resolution
· Work cross-functionally with engineers, product, and with technical and operational stakeholders to support customer needs
· Develop standard operational procedures and escalation paths for technical issues and bugs
· Identify areas for automation, improvement and scalability to support the backbone of APS supply business and work with product and engineering teams to drive these to execution
· Bridge the technical and operational gap with our publishers and translate customer feedback into product and engineering requirements
· Understand customer goals, facilitate customers’ usage of PMPs, and proactively find and execute optimization opportunities, working with Account Teams, Product, Engineering and stakeholders
· Drive the right technical trade-offs between long-term objectives and short-term needs while independently executing plans to completion

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
· Bachelor's Degree
· 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles
· 2+ years in Technical Operations or Technical Account Management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Other EU languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
· Experience managing mid-size publishers.
· Deep understanding of technical operations of advertising systems
· Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues directly with Product Management and Engineering.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people.
· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, being comfortable with pulling data and reports, diving deep into the data and analyzing trends
· Customer-driven product thinking and ability to identify and prioritize product requests.
· Proactive attitude with excellent project management and organizational skills.
