The company offer a market-leading solution and endeavor to further evolve their proposition. The business operates on a global level with core markets across EMEA regions.

The Strategic Account Manager is a key member of the sales team and will be involved in identifying new commercial & revenue opportunities. Focusing on the EMEA region they will work closely with wider business functions such as Marketing, to create a road map to further current and new relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Life Science industry and develop a thorough knowledge of the platform portfolio, utilising this knowledge to assist their clients with creating bespoke solutions.

The successful candidate for the Strategic Account Manager position will be responsible for:

  • Evolving current revenue streams as well as identifying new sales opportunities across EMEA regions.
  • Creating and implementing their own sales plan.
  • Developing a thorough knowledge base of the company's platform portfolio.
  • Building new and existing client relationships.
  • Working in Tandem with wider business areas such as Marketing.
  • Travelling to meet with clients.

The ideal candidate for this Strategic Account Manager position will have the following attributes.

  • Previous experience working in the Life Science arena.
  • The demonstratable success of growing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills. The role will engage with varying levels of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience putting together business proposals and leading face to face meetings.
  • Availability to travel.

The Strategic Account Manager will be offered a competitive base salary + commission as well as a wider benefits package.
