The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a store manager on behalf of a leading independent retail furniture chain. £25-30K base, DOE, guaranteed commission to give a minimum of £45K OTE. 

Brief job description:  

Our client is a highly reputable and quality UK brand offering a range of products including sofas, beds, bedroom furniture, living and dining room furniture, with a strong pedigree of providing excellent products and great customer service. 

The successful candidate will currently be a high performing Store Manager or in an Assistant Manager role, ready to take the next step in their retail career. We are looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals, with a can-do attitude, inspirational leadership skills and a team player with the ability to motivate a store sales team. 

Your role/responsibilities will include:

        To lead, inspire, motivate, develop and coach a high performing store sales team through effective leadership.

        Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives through set KPI’s.

        Maintain high store standards ensuring our client’s customers are provided with a positive, engaging shopping experience and a first-class solution to their interior design requirements.

        You will be responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of the store, including staff/ rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews.
