A strategic part of our charter is to build a portfolio of self-service, cost per click advertising programs to enable both large and small advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. We are building a new team who will own the go-to-market strategy and adoption of advertising solutions through the partner channel. This role will have functional expertise in business development, account management, marketing/advertising, and program management.

As a Sr Partner Development Manager, you will work directly with our agency partners, structuring and managing strong relationships. You will serve as a product specialist, educating clients and agencies on the product solutions and best practices, while growing the existing partnership.

You must be results-driven, continually identifying opportunities for improving partner media performance. You must also have strong analytical skills, and be able to work with complex data sets and in ambiguous situations. In addition, candidates should be willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. This is a critical role as your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of advertising partners, using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
· Serve as a consultative product expert, helping to guide media planning, execution and measurement. Work across account teams to ensure that large advertisers reach their performance goals.
· Actively source new business to create an agency portfolio by researching, contacting and vetting agencies.
· Build self-service processes and resources to drive agency development program at scale. Support the development of these agencies to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
· Work closely with internal marketing and product teams on a holistic partner communication plan related to new feature launches and program changes.
· Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
· Uncover the business needs of our key partners and develop strong feedback mechanisms to inform and influence the product roadmap.
· Identify and design innovative solutions to provide the benefits of program management engagement at scale.
· Develop internal business analytics to track partner performance, identify new potential partners and support weekly and monthly business performance. Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and agency development targets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of professional work experience
· BA/BS Required, MBA is a plus
· Business Development or equivalent experience, including sourcing new business
· Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Ability to identify and implement growth mechanisms/initiatives based data analyses and influencing key stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·
· Passion for eCommerce and/or digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results
· MBA or other related Master's degree
· Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
· Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
