Sponsorship Sales Manager

The Role: Overseeing a team of three sales executives, the successful Sponsorship Sales Manager will be joining the business as the most senior member of the sales division. Selling a myriad of products across HR and management consultancy events, the Sales Manager will primarily be considered with identifying new sponsorship opportunities across relevant businesses. They will be tasked with creating and implementing innovative sales strategy to increase overall revenue. After six months, a revenue target will be generated which the Sales Manager, and their team, will be expected to hit. This role is perfect for someone in their adolescence as far as managing a team is concerned. With a wealth of experience under their belt, the Sales Manager will be engaging, passionate and knowledgeable and use these attributes to drive positive change and increase overall revenue for this fast-paced events business.

The successful Sales Manager will benefit from having full jurisdiction over the way in which they execute their sponsorship sales process and, similarly, autonomous support over the three sales executives they will be managing and supporting in their pursuits.

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling sponsorship across a portfolio of human resources events
  • Targeting global businesses
  • Managing a small team and increasing their overall success and revenue generation

For this Sponsorship Sales Manager position we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 5 years sales experience (with 2-3 years of managerial experience)
  • Creative and consultative approach to sales- knowledge of building a sales process
  • Experience within the events sector is highly advantageous
