YOUR CAREER
: If you have previous construction sales experience to the Housebuilder sector then this represents a great opportunity to join a leading bathroom products specialist in the role of Specification Sales Manager. Future opportunities are in place for ambitious candidates here.

THE ROLE:
As Specification Sales Manager you will be selling their range of premium bathroom products, such as; shower kits, thermostatic mixers and taps. With a remit to cover any area of the UK, your target will be to achieve specification with national and regional Housebuilders and Architects / Interior Designers where appropriate. This is a project led sales role, with a huge amount of support internally from the marketing and sales division.


THE PERSON: It is essential you have experience selling light or heavyside products to regional or national Housebuilders, and are comfortable with national travel. Positive attitude, drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit are important traits that this company requires.

THE COMPANY: The Company has been established since the 1880s and is the market leader in the whole of the Southern Hemisphere. Their UK operation is small by comparison, however, they have ambitious plans to expand upon their existing market share.

THE PACKAGE FOR SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER:

  • Salary: up to £50k
  • Bonus: Up to 20%, paid annually
  • £500 pcm Car Allowance
  • Benefits: Laptop, Mobile, Healthcare, Pension, 25 days' holiday + Stats
