Area to be covered: West London
Remuneration: £50,000-£60,000 + £12,000 Bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed Car and full benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Curtain Walling Systems will involve:
· Field sales position selling a high end manufactured range of architectural aluminium and curtain walling systems
· 80% architectural specification focussed, 20% framework agreements with main contractors (separate contractor field sales team manage sub contractor and D&B relationships)
· Fantastic opportunity only available due to a retirement
· Working in a team of two other field sales professionals covering the London market
· New business focussed, although you will have access to a significant project bank for the London area
· £2.3m revenue responsibility
· Sales cycles from 12 months to 2 years
· Project sizes from £150,000-£200,000 of material sales up to £1m+
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Curtain Walling Systems with:
· Proven track record in architectural specification field sales
· Must have sold façade associated products such as; curtain walling, fenestration, architectural aluminium or other closely related building envelope systems
· Ideally contacts within architect practises in London
· New business orientated
· Comfortable with a technical sell
· Ability to sell on quality over price
· Tenacious, people person with bags of personality
