This is a fantastic opportunity for a Specification Sales Manager /Business Development Manager to join a market leading, growing organisation who are looking to add to their Ventilation Sales Team.

My client is a pioneer in natural ventilation and daylighting providing practical solutions across all sectors.

Description

The primary responsibility for the Specification Sales Manager will be to achieve sales and margin targets across the assigned territory. Further responsibilities include:-

  • Development of a pipeline through targeting Architects, M&E Consultants, Main Contractors and M&E Sub Contractors.
  • Developing and sustaining long term business relationships.
  • Responsible for the management of projects from inception to completion via the companies CRM system which includes updating meeting notes, strategies to secure the order and forecasting date expected.
  • Working towards targets in line with company objectives.

Profile

The successful Specification Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will:-

  • Have a proven track record in Specification sales (ideally within ventilation).
  • Be able to demonstrate your capability of managing a full sales process with an emphasis on new business sales whilst managing existing accounts.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills, working with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
  • Be able to travel across London and the South East.
  • Be able to demonstrate high level of professionalism.
  • Have knowledge of the construction industry

Job Offer

Up to £45,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)

Company Car or Car allowance
