YOUR CAREER: Are you an experienced specification sales professional, looking for a role to take your career to the next level? THE ROLE: The Specification Manager will target 15-20 key architectural practices and design houses in Leinster. The aim is to strategically network around the business to uncover new contacts and decision makers in order to build relationships and secure future business.
THE PERSON: To be successful in this role you will need to understand the specification sales process, ideally having strong relationships with architects and designers. Our client will provide comprehensive training in the form of an induction/shadowing programme. Therefore, the products you've sold are less important, but your sales structure and process will be key to your success once you've started in the role.
THE COMPANY: A strong brand name from within the construction industry who are looking to grow their sales team by bringing in new talent. Our client is aiming to grow specific divisions of their business by bringing in new sales people to concentrate on developing certain product ranges.
BENEFITS OF THIS SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER ROLE:
Up to €50,000 - €60,000 Basic Salary
+ €15,000 OTE

LOCATION: The position of Specification Manager covers all of Ireland, but you will spend most of your time within the Leinster area.
