Specification Sales Manager - Construction Products - £40k-£45k + £12k OTE + Company Car

The Role: Covering the whole of the Scotland the Specification Sales Manager for this market leader will be selling their full construction range (including external cladding) into multiple routes to market including Regional and National Housebuilders, Main Contractors and Architects. This will be both new projects and building upon existing relationships. You will be liaising with consultants, design teams, technical teams, procurement, and site level. Delivering CPD's and presentations you need to be professional, personable and adaptable.

Requirements: To be considered for the Specification Sales Manager role you must have:

  • Experience selling to Main Contractors or Housebuilders
  • Stable track record
  • Strong presenting and negotiating skills

The Package for the Specification Sales Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Bonus / OTE: 30%
  • Car: Company car
  • Benefits: Mobile, laptop, pension, 24 days holiday
