Spa Manager (Suffolk, £30K DOE)

Are you an experienced spa manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience managing and leading a team of beauty therapists to provide the highest level of customer service possible? If so, this exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dynamic spa manager to join our client’s hotel team to take their in-house spa to the next level.

Seckford Hall is a 4* hotel set in a magnificent Tudor building in the heart of Suffolk. Steeped in history and set amongst 34 acres of private Suffolk countryside, the hotel boasts luxurious accommodation, a 2 AA rosette restaurant, leisure and spa facilities, including treatment rooms, an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium.

Purpose of the role:

They are looking for a motivated manager who will promote, sell and manage all aspects of the spa, maximise revenue and create a clear strategy to drive this area of the hotel venue forward. You will have the opportunity to relaunch the spa brand.

About you:

A commitment to outstanding customer service is imperative with the areas of responsibility being the spa reception, spa reservations, spa experience, spa cafe and spa housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have experience in spa treatments and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service every time to in-house guests and visitors alike. You will have relevant experience gained in the spa and leisure industry. Qualifications in spa management are desirable, but not essential.

You will possess the ability to build, train, manage and motivate the spa team to the highest standards. A flexible attitude is required, and you must be available to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
