This employer is a well-established solar PV installer and consultancy based in the heart of Somerset. They installed the first 1MWp roof-top solar array in the UK in 2010, and have grown with the industry since then. They know from experience how to design, develop, and maintain high-performing, sustainable solar assets and are proud of the expertise and excellent client service that they offer.

Your role would involve:
- Responsibility for driving sales and achieving agreed annual sales targets
- Excellent ongoing client support
- Advising clients on feasibility of solar and battery systems and production of high-quality quotations
- Grid connection applications
- Attending sites to carry out property/rooftop surveys
- Line management of at least one solar sales consultant
- Project management of PV/battery installations across domestic to small commercial sites
- Ongoing management of the marketing activities of the company

Required Skills:
- A passion for renewable energy
- Knowledge of rooftop and ground mounted PV development and battery storage
- Relevant experience managing clients
- Ability to work to targets, and manage your time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Numerical and analytical skills - you will be carrying out financial and energy data analyses as required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to effectively address any non-conformances (e.g. delays, delivery issues) in a calm and professional manner
- You must have a full driving licence

The salary range is £28,000 - £35,000 subject to experience

The role will be based out of Crewkerne, Somerset and operate predominantly throughout the South West of England, however, there may be projects further afield and they would expect the successful candidate to be able to accommodate this, including but not limited to occasional working away.
