If you can run circles around the typical software Account Manager; if you can think your way into a paper bag and back out again; design a winning sales proposal or charm the gnarliest IT Manager on cold calling day you've got that thing that they are looking for. If you want to get into selling high value, enterprise software solutions then this may well be the opportunity for you.
You will be joining an established software business based in central Bristol who are doing great things in healthcare software for the NHS and looking to start shouting about what they do. You will be supporting their field based Account Director in new business wins as well as working to develop their existing NHS base.
With responsibility for developing new revenue in to existing accounts (70%) and new name business (30%) you will be able to forge a critical and varied role for yourself. Their philosophy is that the Sales Team should spend their time making stuff that moves the dial, build relationships that prospects engage with and trust, stuff that delights their clients and achieves their ambitious growth targets.
Experience is essential. If you have both a software and healthcare background then you are almost there! First and foremost, they are looking for an energetic person with great attention to detail and a hunger to be involved in tech sales. A completer-finisher who's eager to work hard and write their own ticket. They are a small, tight-knit team that's going places.
You'll be riding some steep growth and learning curves, experimenting with new ideas all the time and hopefully taking them to new places!
