Snr Account Manager, Healthcare Advertising
£40 to £50k
My client is a creative marketing consultancy, made for modern healthcare marketing and they are looking for a Snr Account Manager to join their growing team.

Responsible for managing the EMEA launch programme for an oncology product: creative development, messaging and asset execution
Responsible for managing implementation of the enterprise-level US HCP digital engagement strategy.
Responsible for providing high quality and accurate creative briefs to the creative team/studio (including budgets and timeframes)
Ensuring the creative concepts and materials produced meet the brief, and are error free
Ensuring agreed workflow planning and creative briefing procedures are implemented
Contributes to strategy reviews on programmes in conjunction with Account Director and Senior Consultant
Understand the strategic and campaign planning outputs
Ensure client is kept up to date on account/project status and lead discussions on new/changed requirements and/or changes to budget and timings.
Build on existing client relationships and also identify and forge relationships with new clients
Proactively support the growth and development of other account handlers within the account team
Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant codes of practice/legislation governing ethical advertising/media/web-based communication with healthcare professionals, patients and public
Keep abreast of clinical, regulatory and economic changes that impact your accounts and flag any potential issues appropriately with client and/or account team
Experience/qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in a client-facing role within a healthcare advertising agency setting
Experience of co-ordinating teams (account, planning, creative, digital, production) to deliver multichannel creative campaigns all the way through from concept development through to tactical delivery
Experience in development and execution of print and digital sales materials
Experience in development of rich content including video and audio assets
Comfortable producing costing sheets, managing project budgets and reconciliation
Comfortable taking a brief from client (often verbal)
Substantial experience of working with creative and production/ traffic functions
Strong experience in developing and communicating written creative briefs and assessing creative work along with development of strong internal relationships to effectively deliver creative work
Digital project experience including liaising with and management of appropriate individuals/ companies to deliver projects from planning, content development, design and wire framing through to build. Experience must include eDetailing
Conference experience including exhibition booth development for large, international congresses
Experience in coaching and managing junior account team members (account executives)
Strong client management skills
