Senior Store Manager – Competitive Salary – Bury

The Role

Are you a true professional that strives for the best with the ability to lead a team through motivation and engagement? Do you have experience in a fast food working environment? Sim Trava are looking for an experienced Senior Store Manager to take the store to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of a dual unit, as well as managing and developing a team of close to 20 colleagues. 

You must have high standards when it comes to managing and nurturing your team, together with the ability to champion the Sim Trava culture and embed this within your store. You must have experience in the fast food or retail environment, and be prepared for the fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and join a thriving business, by leading the store and kiosk team in all aspects of delivering an unbeatable coffee experience to every guest, all of the time. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To analyse and act upon financial / performance data
  • To recruit, train, coach, develop and retain the team members Ensure the store achieves and exceeds sales targets
  • Develop a relationship with the Centre management and external contractors
  • Prepare input for regular business reviews with the Regional Manager
  • Hold regular team meetings to communicate all key information and implement new initiatives

Sim Trava are a progressive family run multi franchise business currently operating over 32 branches of Costa Coffee across the North, two branches of healthy Canadian fast-food chain, Pita Pit and our latest franchise of Warrens Bakery.  The business has continued to grow throughout their history and currently employ over 300 colleagues in their ever-growing business, the company have exciting growth plans to double in size in the coming 5 years.

The key skills and responsibilities of a Senior Store Manager:

  • Minimum 3 years store manager experience in a fast food working environment
  • Passionate about always exceeding the needs of our colleagues and guests
  • Ability to lead a team through motivation and engagement
  • Shares success with the team and positively challenges when needed
  • Strives to be the best – looks to exceed targets again and again

  • Experience of managing a budget – labour and key controllable costs
