Job title and sector - Senior Sales Role- Transformational Software.

The Role: What if you're so good at deployment that even your main vendor backs off their projects to you? It means that you'll inherit plenty of warm pipeline and you'll get to own this vertical as the senior sales person selling critical software into local government, central government and health. Key components of the role:

  • New Business Sales into major public sector organisations across the UK.
  • Selling Enterprise Performance Management, Revenues and Benefits, Human Capital Management Software, CX both licence and consultancy.
  • Home based position, fully autonomous role not micromanaged.

Requirements: To be considered for the Senior Sales Role- Transformational Software, you'll need the following:

  • Track record in winning complex software deals.
  • Understanding of transformational change, ideally in the public sector.
  • Experience in EPM, BI, ERP, HCM, CX.
  • Understanding of Open Source, SAP, Oracle, Unit4.

The Package:

  • Basic: £70k-£80k.
  • Bonus / OTE: £140k-£160k.
  • Car: £6k car allowance.
  • Benefits: Pension, health, 4 x Death in Service, 25 days holiday.
