Senior Sales Manager, Satellite and RF Communication Components, UK Wide. £75,000 Basic plus benefits package. Well renowned and recognised international manufacturer supply high tech specialist components to a wide variety of sectors including Aerospace, defence, broadcasters, communications, emergency services, marine, meteorological, oil and gas, national security agencies and international engineering firms.

This is a senior sales role leading a small team in the UK. The role is account management, pipeline development, acting as the conduit between clients and your technical experts and being the lead, and spearhead negotiator, on major projects. The firm has long term supply arrangements with specialist satellite bus, ground station and earth terminal manufacturers and is a global leader in their niche area.

It requires a well-rounded and multi-skilled sales leader, that is highly technical and experienced within Satcom, satellite communications or related sector. Ideally, you will also have mechanical, electrical or electronics formal qualifications.

This is a big role with masses of long-term potential that is ideal for a formidable people manager that is used to managing teams of strong personalities and achieving significant year-on-year growth. The role requires a true leader that will face the adversities of the current economic situation with steadfast resolution and the passion to continue business growth no matter what.
