Senior Sales Executive – Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses + Car Allowance + Pension – Bristol, UK

The Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in delivering exciting technology solutions in mid-market sectors. Using our proven engagement/relationship cycle, the right candidate will be responsible for lead generation and promoting awareness of C-STEM’s unique value proposition across several technologies and verticals.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the right candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ proven sales experience, ideally having a background in managed services technology and/or cyber security and unified comms sales. The key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively communicating C-STEM’s value proposition, both written and verbally
  • Creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues in order to build and develop a sales pipeline for New Business prospects
  • Adhering to activity KPI’s to convert prospects into clients
  • “Perfect Customer” profiling: using all available means including social media to help identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing customer sales strategy plans
  • Building significant expertise and industry knowledge on a set of assigned vertical industries
  • Driving attendance to events and webinars
  • Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
  • Providing accurate forecasting of opportunities, and preparing winning sales plans for opportunities

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Senior Sales Executive:

  • Reliable, proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed with a proven track record of successful new business sales and account management
  • High level of commercial awareness, with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal and strong follow-up and influencing skills to close on KPI activity
  • Good self-leadership and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, and good administrative skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Professional in attitude, conduct and appearance, with a strong desire to learn and develop
