What you will do
Our Industrial Refrigeration division delivers project solutions and maintenance services that support our customers manufacturing, cold storage and R&D testing requirements. We are the OEM for SABROE and Frick Compressors with trained engineers located nationally providing project solutions along with planned, preventative & reactive works to our target markets being meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, pharmaceutical & automotive.

This role will focus on selling maintenance solutions to customer within our target markets, being planned, preventative and reactive contracts together with plant upgrades. You will be responsible for developing sales with our existing customer and for developing new opportunities. You will build strong partnerships with existing & new customers, together with industry consultants that translate into profitable and sustainable growth.

How you will do it
As a Senior Sales Engineer you will be able to operate independently, while working with a team environment. You will be customer and opportunity focused, in order to be successful with this you will establish long term customer relationships based on understanding the customers’ requirements. A key function of the role is to identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities with a focus on new business in order to obtain further growth and market share in the industry.

High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities
Strong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales within a commercial environment
Ability to manage and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
