Senior Recruitment Consultant, London, £30K Basic, £50K OTE + benefits. Are you an experienced recruiter that's tired of being micromanaged and want a more entrepreneurial and mature environment where you can get on with doing what you do best? Celebrating their 14th year of operation, this role is with a highly respected and niche recruiter that operates in a completely different and successful way. They enjoy excellent relationships with their client base, where they have become their defacto supplier of staff. Unusually, the position will be working with just a handful of very loyal clients and completing very specialist projects, usually on a retained or exclusive basis. The firm has offices in the UK, Europe, and the USA and has set up new divisions in burgeoning markets in recent years.

This is a full-circle recruitment role where you will be responsible for securing new projects from the existing client base and managing the entire recruitment process from start to completion. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional, with at least two years of loyal experience, looking for the long-term and want the opportunity to grow within an ambitious and entrepreneurial business.

The UK team is close-knit and looking for exceptional individuals looking for a five year plus role and have a burning desire to be the best.

The commission scheme is easy to understand, uncapped and generous. Expectations are realistic and in your first year, you should earn £20K to £25K above your basic salary. However, top performers in year one often earn £45K above base.

You will be a first-rate communicator that likes to be busy. The role is covering projects in the UK, but post-COVID will involve occasional European travel to meet with international colleagues.

You will be healthily assertive but not a 'fiery character' and be a self-managing, self-starter - the kind of person with the attitude of 'working for yourself' within an established business.
