The EMEA Talent Acquisition team are seeking an analytical, inventive, resourceful and collaborative Senior Program Manager to help us build and execute upon strategies and programs in support of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion TA and HR roadmap for the EMEA region. With strong support and sponsorship from your customers and leadership, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will drive programs within a large, matrixed, and international business organization, partnering closely with stakeholders across EMEA and partners in the North America and APAC as needed. In this role you will be responsible for translating global vision and initiatives into regional requirements and local country plans, taking ownership for reporting and implementation across the EU.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to dive into data and turn ideas into action. You will propose and execute projects which impact TA process and build sustainable results. Additionally you will support the HR team in data and insights to evidence DEI impacts on workforce.

In this role you will,

· Partner closely with the TA Program Management team, Recruiting Managers and Recruiters to lead building programs to deliver against goals across the recruiting life-cycle
· Partner with DEI, HR and TA to develop a candidate diversity data strategy
· Partner with DEI and HR to provide business leaders with data and mechanisms to own and achieve DEI goals
· Deep dive into workforce and recruiting data to provide insights to HR & recruiting teams
· Dive into data to support decisions and seek diverse perspectives to manage complex projects
· Partner closely with the HR teams across EU supporting on EU DEI programs
· Track progress, measure success, report out on learnings and results
· Support with global Consumer TA initiatives as outlined by the WWCTA 3 year plan
· Support and scale Engagement Conversations process, tool, and mechanism to track themes, anecdotes, actions, and impact of conversations in supporting retention efforts for diverse employees
· Identify and implement best practices initiatives and work with external partners
· Earn trust across a range of partners and customers to establish yourself as a trusted SME
· Connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven project/program management experience in TA
· Established experience in HR, Business Analytics or Recruiting
· Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills
· Experience with creating reports and proficient in MS Excel
· Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences
· Ability to deliver successful programs/change management from conception through business case to implementation, measurement and ongoing management
· Experience cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience designing and delivering diversity programs. Previous Inclusion & Diversity experience.
· Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, anticipate constraints and identify creative optimization opportunities or alternative solutions
· Experience with recruiting processes
· Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective programs and strategies
· Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and work both collaboratively and independently
· Independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organizational skills
