A great opportunity has arisen within the Product Management team in our commercial business for a Product Governance Senior Analyst.

Within this role you will gain key knowledge of product governance and process across AXA PPP healthcare's proposition and the regulatory requirements. The role offers the opportunity to develop sound stakeholder relationships around the business at various levels, including influencing and challenging senior stakeholders. You must be able to analyse a variety of data from difference sources and come up with strategic solutions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing information to support and influence the commercial department and other areas of the business in operational and strategic decision making. You will be carrying out complex analysis of MI, interpreting your findings, shaping recommendations with senior management and presenting the findings, all the way through to driving the application of those findings. You must have a passion for regulatory knowledge and ing this in your recommendations and decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing analysis against customer outcomes across a wide range of data.

Presenting findings to key product Governance Committees, including senior managers, to ensure a good understanding of regulatory expectations in light of any findings and dealing with any challenges from attendees as well as recommending changes to product design.

Influencing and shaping recommendations to enable actions to be agreed and drive these through to completion.

Managing and developing product suitability and management information (ensuring that it is accurate and meets the needs of the review work and remains relevant).

Deliver analysis of product review changes made previously to assess for potential customer detriment.

Advise the business on suitability expectations to support strategic decisions on product benefits.


Skills, knowledge and behaviour

You will be/have:

Must have outstanding numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent understanding of FCA expectations for product suitability as well as understanding general insurance products and claims processes.

Able to shape actions and drive through recommendations and results.

Strong communication and be able to present knowledgably and enthusiastically and influence business areas to make actions happen, whilst thinking on your feet.

A role model to coach and support others within the team.
