Our products are listed in all the major multiples, and we are seeking a talented professional with a proven ability to make things happen and to unlock potential opportunity. This is a pivotal national account management role at the heart of our award winning and innovative company.
Reporting to the National Account Controller, you will help develop a business plan and sales strategy that will deliver both profit and growth for a significant part of the category. You will develop relationships cross functionally, driving sales, managing the trade promotional spend, developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy as well as leading JBP discussions and negotiations.
Ideal candidates will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential. You will be an action orientated, self-starting and passionate individual who is happy to roll your sleeves up and work as part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
