Senior Internal Sales Executive, Telemarketing and Account Management
To £26k Basic, £38k OTE
Based Basingstoke, Hampshire
Our client helps achieve operational efficiency in procurement and the supply chain. They connect buyers and suppliers, helping make contracting and consultancy simpler as well as driving more accurate and efficient projects offering a true end to end value for their clients and prospects. This is a must have service and our client, a very established operator, is seen as a market leader with a high market share and an excellent industry reputation. Due to excellent growth and further recent investment, they are now looking to recruit Senior Telephone professionals/ Internal Sales Executives to work from their Basingstoke office. This is a new team within the business and plays a key role within the success of the organisation.
There are two roles here. The first is to create sales pipelines in terms of generating appointments from warm leads with a high standard of quality and contributing volume, quantity and velocity. The second role is account retention, where you will be responsible for the re-negotiation of all contracts approaching the end of its term. Experience in the following areas are highly necessary:
· New business appointment making
· Campaign management & dial outs
· Nurturing and managing the prospect database
· Creating a call schedule for business management
· Updating activity and account information into company database (CRM)
· Data cleansing of company database
· Hitting targets and consistent overachievement of KPI’s
The ideal applicant will be results orientated and have a minimum 3 years’ experience B2B
appointment making or account management with a strong record of over achievement and the ability to demonstrate previous success and experience in an outbound B2B dialling environment. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint would be advantageous. You will also need to be confident, organised, and have excellent inter-personal skills. With strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to plan personal work schedule and meet deadlines, you will preferably be proficient in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics.
