Senior Internal Sales Executive - Payment Services  

Based London

£30k Basic, to £46k OTE + Car Allowance & benefits

We are a Global supplier of technology that assists businesses of any size, across all markets, to manage their payment services. Our Managed Service solution allows businesses to offer their customers the widest and most secure methods of payment. Due to continued success, we are now seeking to recruit an additional senior Internal Sales Executive to make appointments for our Corporate Sales team based from our Central London office.

The role is 90% desk based with the flexibility to attend face to face sales meetings where the value and importance are agreed to merit it. There is also an opportunity to attend Events to drive prospect engagement. Your role will be book appointments for the Corporate Sales team. You will prospect for new opportunities within agreed target vertical sectors, qualifying the business need and recording this information in our CRM to enable the lead nurturing of our brand to these prospects. You will convert Prospects into ‘Opportunities’ by consulting with the Prospects around their payment, fraud and compliance needs and gaining commitment to progress through the customer decision cycle using online demonstrations, webinars or similar tools. You will not be closing deals directly and it is a quality, rather than quantity based sales role. The role will involve substantial research into prospects.

Successful applicants will ideally have a minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally within the Payments industry within a sales role. Ideally currently in an Internal sales role and well educated, you will have the ability to both create New Business as well as Manage your existing Clients/Accounts. Your attention to detail will be of the highest level as will your articulation.
