A leading consultancy is looking for a Senior HR Consultant (revenue generating sales role, blending account management and new business in the HR consultancy space).
A blended new business and key account management role, the position will work with a range of businesses, ranging from mid-size to blue chip, multi-site enterprise organisations.
Taking responsibility and ownership of a revenue generation target, the role will manage accounts to ensure maintenance of business levels and growth of spend, whilst also securing new accounts and business to grow the portfolio.

The role will join the team as it is enjoying an exciting period of sustained growth, habitually winning new clients and developing its range of services.
In the main, the team uncover, secure and sometimes participate in the delivery of HR consultancy assignments, change management consultation, learning and development interventions and organisational design activities. Other products and services are available for the role to sell however which include professional qualifications and behavioural development courses.
To apply to this role, you should be an experienced Sales professional / consultant in the HR space who has well developed sales experience ad a track record of managing accounts, winning new business and managing relationships with senior corporate stakeholders (preferably HR). Educated to degree level or equivalent (expected but not absolutely required if strong experience is there), it would be highly beneficial if you have a strong interest and theoretical understanding of HR and L&D. You should be able to travel and have experience of working with businesses of a blue chip, enterprise nature.
