THE ROLE: The role of Senior Customer Manager is one of variety and opportunity. You will be responsible for sitting working collaboratively with a small number of hospital trusts to delivery cost savings plans by driving sales through the business. You will also have the responsibility of managing two colleagues who will support you in the role.
THE COMPANY: Their end-to-end supply chain services incorporate procurement, logistics, e-Commerce and customer and supplier support. They transact around 315,000 product lines, ranging from bandages to baked beans, gloves to implants and even diagnostic equipment such as MRI scanners. THE PERSON: For this Senior Customer Manager role you will have experience of managing relationships with procurement in NHS trusts. The role is very much project management based, so anybody with experience in NHS project management is also encouraged to apply. You will need to be an excellent relationship manager with top class communication skills. You will be responsible for interpreting data and delivering outcomes from this data to the client. You will have an excellent head for numbers and you will be proficient with excel and other Microsoft packages.
