As they continue to scale up in line with their long-term plan, they are seeking to recruit a key colleague to assist them with refining their delivery strategy and implementing it in an effective manner. Working hand in hand with the Sales Director you will manage current distribution partners on a daily basis, review existing processes and champion and implement improvements in collaboration with all stakeholders.
This is a rare and exciting hybrid role, combining elements of strategy, planning, analysis, implementation and sales. As such it will call on a wide range of commercial, analytical, sales and operational skills. You will have that rare ability to thrive in a regulated environment, yet apply a creative eye to process and commercial improvement.
Ideally you will have a background in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or a technically biased, regulated, sales environment. You will be experienced in managing distribution partners and building improved capability and strong interpersonal relationships with key contacts. You will have enjoyed monitoring, reviewing and refining processes and delivery models in the past and be adept at doing so again.
