As one of our telephone-based business development managers you will be responsible for developing new business to ensure the company meets their clients technology needs.

We're looking for someone who is...

  • Energetic and enthusiastic about technology and how it can be deployed to enable our customers to do more
  • Highly motivated and committed to building strong personal and professional relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
  • A great communicator who holds excellent interpersonal and telephone-based negotiation skills
  • Commercially focused and able to explain technology in an engaging way
  • Able to manage their time well and enjoys a high-pace work environment
  • Able to help drive the business forward and work with and feedback on campaigns and customer requirements
  • Keen to get stuck in and make a difference in the business


The right person will possess the following:

  • 2/3 years telephone based new business experience
  • B2B Sales exposure
  • Have a good knowledge of telecommunications services
  • Have a high pace of work and commitment to achieving target
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to consult on the best fit for potential customers
  • Be commercially astute and have a good understanding of true customer value
  • Someone who wants to overachieve and hit personal and business targets
  • Have the right culture, attitude and desire to drive our business forward in a high-growth energetic environment

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Have worked in telecommunications
  • B2B telephone sales experience with demonstrable success
  • Self-motivated and well organised with a strong attention to detail

Salary: £30,000 Basic + £28,000 bonus (£58,000 OTE) + Uncapped commission
