Established for over ten years this privately owned, UK Manufacturer have grown steadily and consistently since their formation.
Servicing both public and private sector clients with a diverse range of bespoke engineered solutions, they consistently win business from large multinational competition on the basis of design innovation, service and craftsman like quality. All product is designed and fabricated in house in their own modern production facilities.
They require a Senior Business Development Manager to cover the South of the UK, managing a portfolio of existing accounts as well as generating new relationships and business opportunities.
Sales cycles can vary from immediate to 12 months plus, for major projects and points of contact range from business owners, to architects, specifiers and procurement directors.
This is a diverse role and would suit an experienced Business Developer from a construction, fabrication or FM type environment, dealing with major end users and main contractors and FM contacts. You will employ a consultative, solutions based approach and be experienced at selling into a spectrum of industrial and commercial market sectors. Managing projects, building your sales pipeline and understanding where and when business is ready to convert.
