Senior Business Development Manager - Retail and Consumer
Salary: £80,000 + OTE £140,000
Flexible Living Location (First three months in London for Onboarding)
Established for 15 years this organisation provide peer to peer consultancy services to the senior management teams of many of the world's largest brands, across a range of vertical sectors.
Through personalised and bespoke programmes, they operate in 3 three ownership classes, Large Global organisations, mid-tier FTSE 250 companies and High-growth Aim and PE-backed organisations.
As part of their ongoing growth strategy they are recruiting a senior BDM to work within their Retail and Consumer sector managing and cultivating new relationships within the largest names in UK retail.
Supported by a full-time researcher who will conduct detailed pre-sales activity on your behalf, your role will be to build a strong awareness of the challenges leaders face and to generate solid long-term relationships within their senior management teams.
Through these relationships you will interpret and communicate requirements to the organisations many high profile "mentors" who will engage with the client to provide the appropriate solutions.
This role would suit someone from a professional service, sales background, a senior recruitment sales environment or other sophisticated, value add consultancy sales backgrounds. Ideally you will have worked at a senior level with Major Retailers.
