In this job, you’ll be accountable for delivery of reporting and analysis across a range of activities. Your output supports decision making for our key stakeholders through quality and actionable insights to deliver a holistic customer view.

What you'll be doing

Drives decision-making using the power of data and insights to improve Digital Experience & Conversion

*
Production of tagging requirements to shape the digital data layer for new launches and experiences.

*
Develops strong relationships with colleagues and help them in achieving their goals of improving KPIs

*
Produces high-quality, actionable insights to deliver a holistic customer view

*
Develops high quality reporting and analysis, leveraging self-serve wherever possible, and ensures that the data being used is accurate and timely

*
Act as the subject matter expert for specific business analysis and reporting, providing input into developemnt of new products and ensuring consistently high quality analysis is delivered to support the business.

*
Lead on projects to deliver new reporting and /or analysis, from requirements capture, to designing the content and output, to working with developers and data managers in getting the data to analyse and build the output

*
Own relationships with senior stakeholders around the business to ensure we are embedding ourselves within the decision making process

*
Focus on process improvement and technology automation to improve our customers’ experience and efficiency, driving deeper extensive use insight and analysis

*
Deliver and own self-serve reporting solutions dashboards (where appropriate) that provide a deep understanding of our products, how the business is performing and the key drivers.

*
Support junior members of the team from a technical standpoint to ensure we are constantly upskilling

*
Take a holistic view of the analysis and reporting requirements of the business and use your expertise to interpret systems, processes and data to design brilliant solutions.

We'll also need to see these on your CV

High proficiency in Adobe Experience cloud Stack - especially Analytics.

*
Experience with SQL preferable.

*
Experience with R, Python or Similar.

*
Experience with visualisation tools (OBI, Tableau, Qlik)

*
Use of analytics and reporting to uncover valuable insights for your stakeholders

*
Application of quality assurance best practice.

*
Ability to ensure outputs are accurate, tightly aligned to brief and consistent with all team outputs

*
Experience of analysing and synthesizing large multi-million customer databases

*
Ability to automate reports

*
Excellent presentation and communication skills

*
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive decisions using data
