Description

Senior Account Lead - Payments - Transactional Banking

  • Based from their London offices who will be responsible for actively managing the relationship with one Global Signature Client, to promote and secure use of products and services across their Transaction Banking Business.
  • Building deep partnerships with your client to identify opportunities to introduce existing products and services and develop new innovative solutions which will improve the payments experience for their customers and deliver growth.

Day to day requirements

  • Working with the client to identify and deliver opportunities to enhance their digital channel proposition.
  • Manage the relationship with a global signature account, ensuring your stakeholders are provided appropriate support.
  • Be accountable for prioritising conflicting and competing demand across the business to ensure resources are deployed to maximum effect.
  • Work with your clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing existing products and services and identifying new innovative solutions which will enable them to enhance the payment experience for their customers and support growth of their business.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the payments market and transaction banking which will enable you to identity new opportunities to provide your client with solutions to grow their business.
  • Lead contract negotiations where required,

Profile

Senior Account Lead - Payments - Transactional Banking

Preferred Experience

  • Sales and Relationship management experience
  • Strong consultative sales methodology
  • Knowledge and experience of the payments business and/or transactional banking financial services
  • Experience working for or with a Retail Bank would by beneficial.
  • An understanding of the wider needs of a Retail Bank
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders up to Executive level
  • Good Commercial understanding of the payments market with the ability to deliver growth by identify and implementing new solutions for your client.
  • Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver a client strategy to deepen the relationship with the client and drive growth.
  • Curiosity, with a genuine interest in the wider Payments space (innovations, open banking etc)

Job Offer

A basic salary of up to £110,000 plus car allowance, bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
