The Global Account Analyst supports the Global Account Manager to deliver upon the needs of the customer account. The role proactively supports the business by analysing and providing Management Information requirements to effectively help manage and develop the business. In addition, co-ordination and relationship management with Central Office and the markets is required to ensure good communication with all stakeholders.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
o Generation and analysis of reports for the customer accounts on a timely and accurate basis.
o Good communication and contact with Central Office to ensure co-ordination of activity.
o Provide and analyse the monthly review of the P&L and KPIs including a thorough analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses for attention, making recommendations to the Global Account Manager.
o Good knowledge of the legal documentation regarding the accounts to ensure contractual terms are adhered to.
o High level of knowledge concerning projects in each market to provide support to the customer account to strengthen the business relationship.
o Ensure all planned account activity including meetings, workshops and conference calls are co-ordinated and effective for account management.
Qualifications/Accreditations/Professional Membership & Level
o Solid understanding of financial accounts and automotive KPIs.
o Good computer skills (MS Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
o Proactive and self motivated work ethic.
o Good initiative and problem solving ability.
o Good analytical and data interrogation skills.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Focus on learning and self development.
