What you will

You will
be responsible for the administration and governance of salesforcecom This
role is managing salesforcecom users, data and system configuration, together
with system maintenance and customisation to support business requirements,
recommending opportunities for ongoing improvements as required

How you will do

As a Salesfocecom
Administrator you will be managing the existing user base, licenses, profiles
and user info You’re also going to be handling daily administration and
support of cases within salesforce, providing users with technical support,
logging and managing identified problems through to resolution, training new
users through a combination of LMS modules and trainer led sessions, creation
and maintenance of documentation on best practice processes, policies,
application configuration and development of user guide materials

Not only that as you will
also have to maintain sales hierarchies, user roles and profiles, maintain and
develop central report folders and dashboards, keeping up to date with new
salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations to improve
the existing system, work with the development teams to maintain the
integration with core systems and scheduling meetings with stakeholders to
provide updates on usage, issues and keeping them information about system
functionality and enhancements

What we look

of 2 years’ experience working with Salesforcecom CRM

modelling structure experience

to A-Level or equivalent

literate in all Microsoft suite packages
