Our Store Sales & Training Manager will be a blue sky thinker when it comes to showcasing our products and developing our in store team. They will show enthusiasm for our brand and believe in the way we do business. You will be able to engage with a large number of people to drive sales whilst also ensuring the customer interaction is second to none.
We want someone who will shape a customer focussed store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. You will work with the Flagship Store Manager to develop, coach and manage the team through their customer interactions and monitoring KPI performance.
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for training and development and able to use this to ensure commercial success for themselves and their team. You will be detailed and ensure trackers and figures are maintained whilst also ensuring the fun, customer service element is brought to life for each of our customers and store team members.
