Due to our continued expansion we have an exciting opportunity within our Training team for a charismatic Sales Trainer & Coach. This passionate, tenacious and committed individual will be responsible for coaching and training the company's direct sales teams as well as delivering product training sessions to both new starters and existing colleagues in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Main Duties

* Delivery of varied, practical and engaging training that supports including induction training, development sessions and side by side coaching

* Giving feedback in a constructive and pro-active way to help with the learner’s development needs

* Gathering evidence through observations to assess the impact of training interventions

* Communication with managers and department heads on training activities

* Conducting Training Needs Analysis and identifying new training requirements

* Support the wider Training team with ad-hoc development activities as required

Skills and Experience

You will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering high quality training to all learners. The successful candidate will be;

* Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business and its learners

* Experienced within a high-volume contact centre environment

* Experienced in a Training / Sales Coach role

* Organised, with good time management skills

* Creative and proactive

* A clear, concise and engaging presenter

* An empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person’s point of view

* Passionate about achieving tangible business results through their role
