As a Reassured Sales trainer…
You will be part of our Learning and Development department delivering Induction training, coaching and E-Learning design for or new telesales staff. This involves managing new starters from Day 1 through to 'Grad Bay’.
As an organisation, the personal development of our employees is at the heart of what we do so we are looking for a Telesales trainer who can not only deliver initial sales and product specific training, but also provide ongoing coaching and development as required.
As our Sales Training and Development Specialist, you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm for Reassured and our current expansion plans. As the successful candidate, you must be able to demonstrate a team spirit with a passion for training and development in a high-energy sales environment.
You are required to be…
• Experienced in sales and delivering sales training.
• Experience of working within a fast paced environment
• Educated to GCSE level, with A-C grades in Maths and English
• Excellent English written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Some desirable but non-essential requirements are…
• Experience creating/ delivering training; e-Learning
• Knowledge of FCA regulations
• Have worked as a trainer within an FCA regulated environment
• Experience delivering coaching on a 1-2-1 basis
