Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (No evenings or weekends required)

This company is one of the UKs leading credit management companies with offices located in Glasgow and Cheltenham.

The Position
Offering a solution to overdue accounts and bad debt at MD/Owner level, you and the team you will go on to create will be expected to arrange qualified appointments for their Sales Development Managers to attend, present and sell our service. Using your experience and initiative along with our proven methods of attaining appointments you will invite the prospects to view their service.

With the support of their National Operations Manager you will take full responsibility for the day to day management of your office inclusive of recruitment, training, targets and HR related issues. You will be expected to lead from the front and assist your team in achieving set targets.

The Package
They offer an excellent basic of £25,000 per annum in addition to uncapped bonus based on your own sales in addition to a monthly bonus of your team sales.

The Individual
You will already be a seasoned professional with suitable Team Manager/Leader experience, looking for a company that will give you more responsibility and flexibility in your role.

You will be the example to your team and your past should display your aptitude at your personal sales in addition to that of your teams sales.

You will be self-motivated and thrive on leading from the front by not only teaching your team how it is done but indeed doing it with them on an ongoing basis achieving your own personal targets for appointments and sales.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to; hiring, training, leading and motivating your team on a daily basis, managing the performance of your teams target and your own personal target.


The successful Telesales Manager will have:
- A background in Sales
- Previously managed a Telesales team
- Excellent communication skills
- A highly organised approach to work
- The ability to motivate and support a team
- The desire to lead from the front
