Sales Team Manager – Competitive Salary + Benefits – London, UK

The Role

PlanRadar is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Manager for our new office in London, who has a proven track record in B2B sales and leadership skills. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive growth and support the local Sales team as a leader, acquiring new customers and closing deals in the process. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in sales.

The key responsibilities of a Sales Team Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and leading the UK Sales team in London, managing the day-to-day performance of your team and delivering reviews
  • Supporting your team in acquiring new customers, and acquiring new customers using pre-qualified leads and support existing B2B customers
  • Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing deals
  • Representing the company at industry events and promotional activities

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Team Manager:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility with a proven track record in B2B sales; SaaS is advantageous for this position
  • Experience as managing director or in self-employment; experience and knowledge of the construction and/or real estate industry would be a bonus
  • Sociable, competent, sales-oriented and flexible personality with proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A full UK driving license with a willingness to travel
