Our client has a 20-year heritage and was launched to supply, install and maintain telecommunications systems. Today, its portfolio has expanded to become a leading business solutions provider with a range of products to assist in the efficient running of businesses and organisations across the UK.
Their customers range from multi-site organisations with branches nationwide, to small independent businesses. They work with the best suppliers in the industry for high quality technically advanced solutions for the business. They have a new role based in head office supervising a team of 5 sales people to help them to hit their sales targets.
The role includes:
Working closely with your team, monitoring their performance, opportunities and activities to ensure that they achieve their targets Leading a monthly sales meeting for the whole of the sales team. Standardising the sales process to improve efficiency Picking up some sales as overflow for other team members to help them to achieve their personal targets.
As the team leader, you will be:
A driven individual from a sales background with a can- do attitude with a desire to see their changes implemented. Experience of using a CRM system and using them to ensure better customer relations and sales. We are looking for someone who is hungry to succeed and is driven by targets Interested in the telecoms industry so will be able to seek out further opportunities for products and services and new customers. Supervisory experience is advantageous, although not essential
You may have experience of the following: Sales Team Supervisor, Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, Sales Team Manager, Sales Manager, etc.,
