Verastar are going through exciting growth and are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Leader to join our expanding sales division.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales advisors ensuring the effective running of the team to deliver key performance indicator targets (KPI’s), as well as generating your own sales. Provide ongoing training & sales coaching, whilst energising the team to achieve high levels of motivation.
* A solid background in selling successfully to businesses
* Previous experience of working in a Team Leader/Manager position.
* Strong Leadership skills
* Good written & verbal communication skills.
