You and Your Role!

Your new role as a member of their ever growing contact centre family, will take you on an amazing journey throughout their sales team.

Full training will be provided, which will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. And don’t worry, once you’re trained you’ll have the ongoing support from one of their amazing team leaders as well as your colleagues in the team that you’ll be part of. But just so you know, the support doesn’t stop there, you will be part of our client's family which includes everyone whether they are in one their office locations or working from home.

You’ll be someone who is constantly striving to improve the service you offer and their customers are at the heart of what they do, so it’s really important to them that their customers are happy with their product and your outstanding service.

You’ll have experience working in a customer & Sales focused environment whether that be in a contact centre or another business such as retail, hospitality or leisure or the care sector.

You’ll be brilliant when it comes to detail and have great listening skills, giving their customers the peace of mind they are looking for to ensure they are purchasing the correct policy/renewal.

If you are successful in joining them, their selection and training process will be virtual so you will need a quiet space to work in, a comfortable desk and chair and a good broadband connection. They’ll provide the amazing on-boarding team to support you in your start with the business.
