Sales Support Executive - Avonmouth, Bristol

About the role

We currently have a great opportunity to join our internal Portfolio department as a Sales Support Executive. As the Sales Support Executive, you will be joining a bubbly, positive and proactive team where the majority of your time will be to work through high volumes of emails, which will include obtaining quotes, coping invoices, responding to general queries, invoice disputes, product sourcing and taking orders. You will also be dealing with inbound calls, as well as making outbound calls through to our customers who may require assistance on the orders they have placed.

You will have regular interaction with the Key Account Managers, National Account Managers and Internal Sales Executives who will create some of your work flows and require your assistance with helping their customers.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have a passion of supplying the sales department with excellent administration support and be an effective communicator to both internal and external customers.

* You’ll demonstrate effective administration support and assist internal customers with providing quotes, processing orders and responding to customer queries.
* You will be comfortable with answering inbound calls from colleagues & customers and offer a one stop resolution for all; where this is not possible agree call s once a resolution is found
* You’ll be proactive in working with our extensive supplier network to source non stocked products for our customers within an agreed timeframe
* You’ll work with line manager to continuingly improve/streamline working practices/processes
* You’ll follow company guidelines to ensure the database is maintained and updated regularly in line with GDPR

About you

With a ground in customer service and administration you will be able to demonstrate a calm and collective manor when dealing with high volumes of calls and emails. You'll be able to manage your time effectively in a time critical environment and be able to work collaboratively within a team to be able to meet our high standards of responding to customers queries within 24 hours. Lastly, to be successful within this position, you will be proactive with managing your day in order to exceed your teams and customers’ expectations.
