This is an exciting role supporting both the Client Services Team in day-to day administration as well as the Customer Service Manager dealing directly with customers reporting any delivery issues with their new lease vehicles.

You’ll manage customer communication via email and telephone to ensure that all documentation, such as finance documents, proofs of identification, order and delivery updates, are managed in a timely and professional manner, maintaining our client's high customer experience ethos. You’ll also be confident talking to customers on the phone to solve any issues with vehicles on delivery, liaising with third -party suppliers to provide the best outcome in a timely manner.

Sales Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communication by email and telephone with their clients and suppliers
• Creating Vehicle Orders from internal systems
• Processing identification & finance paperwork
• Managing the internal and external post
• Creating Welcome Letters & Driver Letters from internal systems
• Processing delivery paperwork packs
• Liaising with Sales Account Managers to manage any customer updates as required
• Logging delivery issues and reporting them to third parties to solve and following up where required; liaising with customers directly on the telephone and email

Sales Support Coordinator Requirements:

• Good written skills
• A clear, confident and articulate telephone manner
• Resilient manner in dealing with issues directly with the customer by phone and email
• Attention to detail, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a customer facing role or administrative role
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent organisation skills
• You will be confident with a positive approach

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8RB (2 mins walk from Hornbeam Park train station)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £20,000 plus up to £4,000 performance related bonus based on set KPIs
