Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Northampton based with remote working available.

Salary: up to £20K DOE + Bonus

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time. 37 Hours Mon-Friday.

The role: OnlineDIRECT are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator with exceptional customer service skills to support in delivering an exemplary service to our customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact to our customers, providing information/guidance to complete and secure energy contracts
  • Develop strong internal & external relationships to ensure a collaborative service & effective resolution of contract queries
  • Deliver efficient phone service, support and query responses in line with SLA's
  • Develop a full understanding of supplier specific terms and conditions to accurately process queries and advise customers accordingly

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Utilities background desirable
  • Must have at least 2 year's administrative and customer service experience
  • A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner is essential
  • Good attention to detail and production of high accuracy work levels
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience of answering and dealing with a wide variety of queries
