£22-30k Basic - £50k+ OTE

Due to a recent rapid increase in vacancies, we are currently looking to recruit 3 new Sales Recruitment Consultants to initially help source candidates via headhunting, search and referral and then, after training, perform the role of a Sales Recruitment Consultant in it's entirety. This role carries great earning potential and ongoing Sales as well as Recruitment training, but it also offers a competitive, rewarding and challenging working atmosphere. These exclusive roles require a candidate with ambition and drive as well as a willingness to learn. Successful sales experience and a strong attention to detail are important. An exceptionally strong work ethic, competitive attitude and being very money motivated are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with our candidate and client database, some of which have been with us since PMA's inception, so are very important to our continued success.
Applicants will therefore need brilliant communication skills and an inherent ability to think on their feet is also essential due to the competitive nature of the market place. Ideally educated to degree level, candidates need to be engaging, persuasive, vibrant and charismatic with a strong personality and an assertive nature. The ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and drive to earn will be obvious, as well as the ability to fit into a highly motivated and activity focused sales team environment.
