Candidate Location: Ideally between Preston, Blackburn, Liverpool or Leeds
The Role: This exciting Sales Operations Manager position is the first of it's kind in this business. You will have the opportunity to define and own the end-to-end process of tracking sales effectiveness. This will be achieved through reviewing and analysing onboarding of accounts, productivity, and the effectiveness of lead generation and marketing. You will do this by managing and defining the KPI's for the sales admin team and lead generation team.
The Person: The ideal candidate will come from a background of CRM management and data analytics. You will have the commercial expertise to recognise and implement opportunities to develop and improve sales processes within the business.
This opportunity should appeal to someone who is eager to be in a fast paced environment that allows them to take ownership of developing the commercial strategy.
The Company: Our client is a UK market leading car park management company. Having been established for over 15 years they have evolved from less than 10 employees to over 300. Now with over 3,500 sites and part of a FTSE 100 company, they have the backing and support to continue their aggressive growth plans.
For this Sales Operations Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Experience in Sales Operations
An expert in CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
Knowledge of planning and forecasting
Preferable some people management experience
Benefits of this National Account Manager role:
Basic - between £50-60,000k per annum depending on experience
